"I also have in mind that seemingly wealthy, but terribly impoverished class of all, who have accumulated dross, but know not how to use it, or get rid of it, and thus have forged their own golden or silver fetters.” —Henry David Thoreau (1817-1862)

Nobody Close to Me Died Today, but This Was A Crappy Day!

It has been a day of one piece of bad news after another. I'll not write about the details (typically me, I'll write about them when I get to the other side). But, "nobody died and everybody's healthy." That's my mantra when things turn sour. And I'm surrounded by some very kind and loving people. Enough about that. Just count your blessings today and I'll do the same.

Hope all your problems are fleeting ones and will fly away soon. You are right to look on the bright side of things, everyone is alive and well.
